Group starts with a short, guided, meditation to help clear your mind and energy and to ease you into the soothing sounds of the healing bowls. Science-based Solfeggio crystal bowls are used. Reiki is added to enhance the vibrations of the bowls and Reiki is also provided to each individual participant who would like to receive it.
