We will be meeting back at our former location: 252 Washington St, Suite A7, Toms River, NJ for just this one time on 3/15 because of an unforeseen scheduling conflict at the yoga studio. So sorry about the inconvenience!!

No group April 5th because of Easter.

April 19th’s group will meet at our new space again and we should be meeting there going forward.

Group starts with a short, guided, meditation to help clear your mind and energy and to ease you into the soothing sounds of the healing bowls. Science-based gem-infused, Solfeggio crystal bowls are used. Reiki is added to enhance the vibrations of the bowls and Reiki is also provided to each individual participant who would like to receive it. People are reporting very positive experiences and amazing shared energies from this group.
